Our Rest Boarding package is a structured, low-stimulation option designed for dogs who benefit from peace, predictability, and quiet rest between short bursts of activity. Dogs are housed comfortably in secure kennels or crates throughout the day, with scheduled walks, potty breaks, and feeding times built in to support a steady rhythm.
While this option is less intense than our other programs, it still provides thoughtful care with plenty of fresh air, movement, and individual attention.
Please Note:
For dogs boarding 7 days or longer, at least one of our other boarding services is required per week to fulfill their physical and mental enrichment needs. This ensures every dog gets the stimulation they need to feel balanced and happy during extended stays.

Ranch Dog Experience
For pups who need more than just a place to sleep, the Ranch Dog Experience offers an active, enriching stay that taps into your dog’s natural need to move, explore, and socialize safely and with purpose.
This upgraded boarding tier includes everything from our Rest Boarding package, plus structured play rotations and property wide freedom supervised by a professional trainer.
What’s Included:
- Supervised group play or individual enrichment time based on your dog’s temperament and play style
- Free-range access to large, safe areas of the ranch perfect for sniffing, stretching, and letting off steam
- Carefully curated play groups tailored by size, energy, and social ability
- Hourly rotation schedule to ensure every dog gets dedicated time to move, relax, and recharge
Whether your dog is a social butterfly or prefers their own space, our team adapts the daily plan to suit their comfort and energy. This experience strikes the balance between freedom and structure giving your dog space to be a dog, while ensuring they return home mentally stimulated and well exercised.
Working Dog Experience
For dogs who crave more structure, challenge, and purpose during their stay, the Working Dog Experience is the perfect fit. This tier goes beyond basic boarding or casual play blending daily training, intentional enrichment, and one on one engagement into your dog’s routine.
It includes everything from our Rest Boarding and Ranch Dog tiers, with added obedience reps and enriched feeding sessions designed to keep your dog mentally and physically fulfilled.
Ideal for:
- High drive dogs that benefit from structure and clarity
- Dogs preparing for Day School, group class, or future working roles
- Pet owners who want a productive stay without committing to full Board & Train
- Dogs who love to “work” for their food or enjoy problem solving
Board and Train
Our Board and Train program is designed for clients who want to see meaningful, lasting results through a fully immersive training experience. This program is highly customized, combining structured boarding with daily hands on work tailored to your dog’s specific needs and your personal goals.
Whether you’re starting a service dog prospect, developing a personal protection dog, addressing behavior issues, or simply building a solid foundation of obedience, this program can be shaped to support your vision. We work closely with each client to design a training plan that reflects your dog’s temperament, drive, and long term purpose.
We commonly work on:
- Service dog task training & public access readiness
- Personal protection dog foundations (obedience, control, and drive development)
- Behavior modification for fear, reactivity, or other challenges
- Reliable on and off leash obedience
Every dog in our Board and Train program follows a structured routine designed to reinforce good habits and reduce confusion. From field trips and social exposure to precision training sessions and decompression time, we create an environment that supports progress, clarity, and confidence.

Board and Train at Loque K9 is not a one size fits all program. Each dog’s curriculum is built from the ground up. We maintain strong communication with owners throughout the stay to ensure that what we’re building aligns with your lifestyle and goals. We believe real results come from teamwork between the dog, the trainer, and the owner.
Specialty Care
Our Specialty Care program is specifically designed for dogs with disabilities, elderly dogs, very young pups, and those with unique needs, such as brachycephalic breeds or conditions like Dilated Cardiomyopathy. We highly recommend this specialized boarding option for these delicate dogs, as they benefit from 24-hour surveillance by a trained professional, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
At our facility, we take the care of these vulnerable dogs very seriously. If we identify a dog that may require specialized attention, we will only allow boarding through our Specialty Care program to ensure their safety. While our other boarding options are hands-on and engaging, there are instances when dogs may be left in kennels or runs unsupervised.
In contrast, our Specialty Care program guarantees constant supervision, allowing us to respond immediately to any issues that may arise. Our dedicated team is prepared to take swift action to address problems, notify owners, and seek medical treatment if necessary. With our Specialty Care program, you can have peace of mind knowing your beloved pet is in the safest hands possible.
