- We are open every day except Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM. 
- Our services are appointment-based only.

- All dogs must be up-to-date on the following vaccines if of age:
- Bordetella
- Rabies
- Distemper
- Parvovirus
- Parainfluenza
- Canine Influenza
- Hepatitis

- Clients are required to pay at pick-up or at the end of the service. For boarding services, payment is split: half at drop-off and half at pick-up.

- A temperament test or consultation is required before your dog's first day with us.

- At pick-up, owners must agree to their dog's health status upon departure. We conduct a health check before your dog leaves, and by taking your dog home, you acknowledge that you have checked for any issues.

- If your dog is not picked up by closing hour, they will stay the night, and the owner will be charged for an additional night of boarding.

- Our cleaning chemicals are safe for dogs. We use products such as Rescue, Dawn, Whip It, steam, white vinegar, and other natural cleaning solutions.

- Please drop off food according to your dog's feeding schedule if they are boarding. 
- If your food runs out while boarding, we will provide house dog food.

- Please leave an emergency contact number when dropping off your dog.

- Dogs will only go home with the owner who dropped them off or with prior knowledge of another person picking them up.

- Dogs participating in protection work cannot be service dogs.

- All dogs must be in good health prior to drop-off.
